Stand up steady once again,
Walk without those fears,
Speak your thoughts in forceful tone,
As we remember through the years.
Create for us your works of art,
Your talents at their peak,
Create for those who desire,
Their memories wrapped as sweets.
Seemingly sitting all alone,
Your mind filled with sorrow,
Remember though, you must continue,
For we rely on you tomorrow.
You are a man, well remembered,
Whose strengths were on display,
Let not what ails you cease your strengths,
As we need them day to day.
Stand up steady, release your doubts,
Walk, not feet but miles,
Stand up steady, rest assured,
Our faces gleam with smiles.
Stand up again, yes you might fall,
Though, to your feet you will bounce back,
Remember we all rely on you,
Do this and not look back.
